Takeda Syringe Carton

Takeda is a leading Pharmaceutical company developing a new and innovative drug. Even the samples are worth an inordinate amount of money, so they were looking for a secure design that would be low cost but of course provide ease of access for patients as well as protection from crushing. Two options were given, one with foam and one with a clever folding SBS insert. Both were designed to fit into the same sized carton in order to provide a consolidated solution in case any changes were needed in the future. Takeda was very pleased with the design and manufacturing of the carton has proceeded and they will be used in the clinical trials phase of the drug development.
